Gardner – James Monroe swept a tri-match with PikeView and Westside Monday evening at PikeView.
The host PikeView Panthers opened with a 2-0 sweep against the Renegades before James Monroe handed the visitors from Wyoming County losses of 25-15 and 25-12.
In the final match of the evening the Mavericks remained perfect, fending off PikeView 25-20 and 25-16.
The Mavericks will lay again Thursday when they travel to Hebert Hoover for a quad match with the Class AAA runner-up Huskies as well as Williamstown and South Charleston.
