Attached are the proposed sectional and regional alignments for the 2025-26 school year. These proposals were sent out to athletic directors around the state Friday afternoon.
They are NOT set in stone with the SSAC looking for feedback from administrators.
In all four-class sports, Class AAAA, the biggest classification, would be split into two regions labeled North and South. There will also be no secti0nal play in four-class sports including softball which was one of the last sports to keep the sectional format.
