Prep Football: Beckley kicks off football camp with annual Midnight Madness practice

Beckley – The Beckley Flying Eagles kept their Midnight Madness tradition alive early Monday morning, opening the prep football season with their first practice of the 2025 season.

Due to construction on the track at Van Meter Stadium, the Flying Eagles practiced at the Paul Cline Memorial Youth Sports Complex.

It was a refreshing opener for the Flying Eagles who beat the heat by practicing in sub-60 degree temperatures for much of the morning.
