- Bradyn Waldron, Westside – Scored 12 points to lead Westside and guarded Wheeling Central all-stater Eli Sancomb.
- Donovan Reed, Montcalm – Reed scored 15 points to lead Montcalm in its first state torunament appearance in 47 years.
- Drew Fitzwater, Greater Beckley – Fitzwater scored 22 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the Crusaders’ quarterfinal win over St. Joe.
