Noah Lewis led the Patriots with 30 points while Dominic Sprouse netted 16.
Eli Patton led the Falcons with 13 points in the loss.
Summit will continue its early season gauntlet against its third ranked team when it plays Class AAA No. 7 South Charleston on Saturday.
