Beckley – Princeton outscored Nicholas County 42-26 in the second half, downing the Grizzlies 80-63 in the New River CTC Invitational Thursday evening in Beckley.
Jayce Gum led the way for Princeton with 27 points, getting to the free throw line 15 times and converting on 13 of those attempts.
Chance Barker flanked him efficiently, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds while Tyrone Hawkins netted 10 points.
Brady Lilly led Nicholas County with 12 points.
