Glen Daniel – Carson Koen proved unsolvable for Liberty, fanning 12 batters in a complete-game effort as the Maverick walked into Glen Daniel on Friday and secured a key 4-0 victory over regional foe Liberty.
Koen helped his own effort with a pair of hits while Peyton Gardinier and Kadyn Hines notched two hits each as well. Baylee Ridgeway and Brody Barreras collected the two RBI of the night for the Mavericks.
Isaac Williams and Brayden Keith had Liberty’s two hits.
