Charleston – Class A No. 3 St. Marys rolled Tuesday morning, toppling No. 6 Pocahontas County 65-28 in the Class A quarterfinals at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
The win sends St. Marys to the state semis where it’ll face No. 2 Tug Valley on Thursday at 11:15 a.m.
Laney Watkins led St. Marys with 29 points while Brynnley Bullock netted 22.
Allyson Taylor scored 11 to pace the Warriors in the loss.
