Logan – No. 1 James Monroe remained undefeated, rolling No. 4 Logan 73-53 in Logan Saturday afternoon.
The Mavericks led comfortably at the break, ahead by nearly 20 points, expanding their lead to nearly 30 points in the second half.
Lydia Dunlap led the assault with 21 points while older sister Mya netted 19. Peighton Griffith pitched in 15.
Miley Fleming led Logan with 11 points in the loss.

White Sulphur Springs – Ava Workman capped a dominant performance Saturday with the game-winning layup in overtime, leading Class AAA No.1 Greenbrier East past Class AAAA No. 4 Morgantown 57-55 in the Battle for the Springhouse title game.
Workman netted 30 points on the night, going over 1,000 for her career and was the only Lady Spartan to eclipse double digits on the evening.
Hannah Fuller and Makenna McClure scored eight points each to flank Workman.
Maddie Ancell led Morgantown in the loss with 24 points. She was also the only player on her team to score in double figures.
