- Maddie Fields, Greenbrier West – Scored 23 points and grabbed seven steals against Tucker County.
- Preslee Treadway, Greenbrier West – Scored 21 points and grabbed six steals in a win over Tucker County.
- Brilee Redden, Greenbrier West – Redden scored 13 points and grabbed 13 rebounds against Tucker County.
- Molly Messer, Charleston Catholic – Messer scored 22 points as Catholic upended St. Marys for a spot in the Class AA championship game.
- Haven Deskins, Tug Valley – Deskins scored 17 points as Tug overcame a halftime deficit to beat Webster County.
- Kaitlyn Blake Wheeling Central – Blake followed a 37-point showing with 28 in the semifinals as Wheeling Central beat James Monroe for a spot int he title game.
- Maggie Boroski – Boroski ended her high school career with 14 points and 10 rebounds against Wheeling Central.
- Maci Neely, Cameron – Neely scored 25 points, helping three-time defending state champion Cameron earns a 53-44 comeback win against Pendleton County.

- Jack Williams, Shady Spring – Scored 23 points in his final home game, claiming a regional title.
- Jalon Bailey, Shady Spring – Scored 23 points in his final home game, claiming a regional title.
Princeton Health Care Center Player of the Night
The Princeton Health Care Center Player of the Night is Greenbrier West Point guard Brilee Redden. Redden finished with a double-double (13 points and 13 rebounds). She scored seven of her points in the last 26 seconds of the game to cement a semifinal berth for the Lady Cavs.
