- Kayli Kellogg, Morgantown – Kellogg scored 32 points as Morgantown routed Washignton 86-54.
- Sophi Hutchison, Spring Valley – Scored 22 points in an 88-36 win over Spring Mills.
- Mikayla Stacy, Wayne – Stacy led the Pioneers with 16 points and four steals in a thrilling win over Keyser.
- Jaycee Elzy, St. Albans – Elzy scored 27 points as the Red Dragons dominated in a Class AAAA quarterfinal win over University.
Boys
- Broc Johnson, Wyoming East – Scored 25 points as Wyoming East earned its first state tournament berth since 2022.
- Kadien Vance, Westside – Scored 24 points as the Renegades arena their first state tournament berth since 2018.
- Tristen Cline, Montcalm – Cline scored 19 points, guiding Montcalm to the state tournament for the first time since 1978.
- Keegan Davidson, Greater Beckley – Davidson scored 19 points as the Crusaders earned a 72-46 win over Mount View and with it their first state tournament berth since 2022.
