In a rematch of last year’s title game the Wildcats outscored Lewis County 30-13 in the second half to pull away.
Ava Edwards led the rounded charge with 12 points while Brooklyn Cawley netted 11. Natalie smith grabbed 11 rebounds.
Alexis Piggie led Lewis County with nine points.
Nitro will face Grafton in the Class AAA semis on Friday at 1 p.m.
