Oak Hill – Luke Endicott dropped a 40-yard touchdown pass into the mitts of Carson Treadway with 1:39 to play, lifting Oak Hill to a 21-17 win over Nicholas County Friday night in Oak Hill.
Endicott, starting his first varsity game, shined, tossing a 20-yard touchdown to Antoine Hicks and rushing for a 1-yard score.
Devin Nash scored on a 1-yard run for the Grizzlies who struck first while quarterback Coleton Hellems connected with Lucas Milam on a 37-yard bomb.
The Grizzlies led 17-14 at the break after a 30-yard Colton Burkhammer field goal but were blanked in the second half.
